“On the first night, the television didn’t work so I had to go to another room. There were icemakers on every floor and none of them worked. You could only get iced from the kitchen downstairs and the gentleman put my Ice in a grocery bag instead of a bucket. There were Cheetos on the carpet. On the second day, my room was never cleaned and when I called down to the desk, they said they were sorry, but it was nothing they could do about it because the staff left and I could come downstairs and...

“A fantastic property with wonderful staff. The breakfast wasn’t the best, but it was good. The AC worked well, but there was no option to keep it running overnight for white noise. (This may sound silly, but white noise is really important for my sleep!) There was also no hair dryer which is usually provided at hotels. Still, it was a very clean and conveniently located place. I loved the gym, and there was a nice pool in the back.”

They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. They love to play music so loudly on the weekends that I can Shazam every song from below. Our apartment is not in the best...

“The staff and the facility were great. My only complaint is the lack of security around the splash/pool area. Unlike other Aloft hotels I've stayed at, access to the pool area did not appear to require a hotel key card, making it easy for non-hotel guests to enter. Also, the fact there were no security cameras in the pool area. During our stay, there were individuals using the pool area who were not hotel guests, and unfortunately my daughter's phone was stolen. I would recommend implementing...
