“The hotel is really local to everything - we booked a petite room and it was definitely small, but very comfortable. Close to a lot of shops, museums and the royal albert hall. Would definitely visit again.”

“The service in this hotel was very friendly but the overwhelming smell of sandalwood incense everywhere was irritating and cleaning standards were not exactly first world. There was food stuck to the table in my room. They only empty the trash or make the bed if you've been there for more than seven days. After five days the trash starts to pile up. So it didn't exactly feel like a four-star hotel. ”

“Hotel located in a historic building in South Kensington, a beautiful area a stone's throw from the Royal Albert Hall and the Natural History Museum, well served by public transport and very convenient for reaching both the airport and the city centre. It offers spacious rooms with large, very comfortable bathrooms. Great attention to detail and very friendly staff. However, the soundproofing is not great.”

“This hotel is going through some renovations which is needed. The bathrooms are dated, the lift is tiny and the hallways are narrow with multiple doors to bypass. We arrive during the heatwave and even though there was an AC unit, it didn’t work and we relied heavily on the fan at night to sleep. They were very stingy with their towels. I also wish there was a small fridge in the room. The location was great though, tucked off a busy street so it was quiet and Hyde park was across the street....
