“Drug deals and loitering in the parking lot. Having to ask them to quit leaning on my car. Blaring music until two in the morning. Fighting and screaming past midnight. Dogs barking all night long. The room was disgusting and I didn’t want to touch a single thing. We didn’t get any sleep and couldn’t wait for office staff to show up so we could get far away as possible. They said they would refund the next two nights we paid for but we are still waiting to see it.”

“The room was not ready I had to wait 30 minutes to check in besides that everything else was fine”

“La peggiore struttura del viaggio. Le camere sono grandi ma la manutenzione non è adeguata. Lo scarico del bagno era intasato. L'appendiasciugamano è caduto addosdo a mia figlia. Ho fatto presente la situazione al manager che non ha provveduto in alcun modo. Pessima esperienza.”

“Very impressed with how well this place was kept up. Super clean, wonderful indoor pool and Jacuzzi even had a sauna and small gym. Everything was immaculate, super clean.”

“The moment we walked in after 1:30 AM, and two delayed flights we were treated with excellence. We let the desk know our bag would be delivered the next day. Since we were there for the Ducks graduation ceremony we wouldn't be there for delivery. The desk made sure to put it in our room. The room was great, the bed was awesome, even the water pressure was awesome. Just had a very pleasant stay. Our new home away from home in Salem. Staff was helpful in every way. “It’s an older property, but they are at the beginning of a complete remodel that sounds like it will be great. Only drawback was because of the remodel, there was no breakfast.”

“The door to our room had clearly been broken into. The chair looked like someone took a cheese grater to the fake leather. The staff was courteous and kind and the overall facility was clean. Beds were very soft, if you like that type of bed, this is the spot for you. The pillows were horrible. I would suggest bringing your own.”

“Our room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom/tub could use a little update, good air conditioning , continental breakfast was ok and, the staff was friendly which made our check-in very easy.”
