“Expedia booked two nights at this Hotel and charged my card before I arrived. When we arrived, we told the hotel overbooked and we did not have a room. The hotels policy is to give rooms away to walk in customers and people with reservations have to get a refund. We slept in the car that night, suffered the next day, then got a room at the Red Roof Inn, where I will go from now on. I will never use Expedia again and I will never use the Days Inn by Wyndham or any Wyndham property ever again.”

“The rooms are excellent!!! Clean and very well appointed. Hotel staff was polite , professional, and very helpful. We had dinner at the Hotel and the food and service was amazing. The Property is very well kept and very easy to access. Valet parking was courteous and prompt in all our interactions. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. “I reserved a room with two beds, none were available when we checked in. It took 4 tries before we were able to get into a room. First room, toilet was plugged and wouldn't flush. Second room smelled like someone had smoked in the room and the phone didn't work in the room Third the key wouldn't work and there was red tape on the lock Fourth room we were able to get into. The kitchen had no dishes in it. I understand after rereading another review you could ask for a kitchen kit. This wasn't...

“The king bed was comfy. We had several good night’s sleep. The best thing was the large size of the room. We didn’t feel cramped even with our suitcases open. Breakfast was handy and served the usual hotel fare, including hot dishes. The only criticism is the lack of a makeup mirror in the bathroom. We will stay there again the next time we visit Ann Arbor.”
