“Overall a good hotel for the price. Comfy bed and large room. The shower was a little bit small. It is only a 15 minute / 20 minute walk to most places downtown. Some things to note: -The only 5 guest rooms that I saw were all located outside the main building -The breakfast voucher is good for anytime of day. “We’re repeat guests and always choose Leaside! Bonavista and Trinity are our favourite suites because we love having direct outdoor access from the room. Breakfast is always delicious, and the staff have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate my spouse’s celiac disease. Everyone is friendly, the area is peaceful, and we always enjoy our stay!”

“The rooms were very clean, the hotel was very clean. Staff were great. Always friendly and very helpful. Close to downtown which was nice to walk down at night. Wifi needs to be updated as I struggled to even open email for work purposes. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay. ”

“Poor customer service after traveling all day, I wasn't acknowledged at the front desk, as the gentlemen was trying to work out schedules. I understood, but it would have been nice to be acknowledged...even a nod. He waited 8 mins before putting the person on hold. The room was sketchy, and loud. Free breakfast was indicated, but it wasn't free ($24+) and they didn't rectify it. I even went to front desk the first morning to ask where to go and was just told outside and to the left.
