“We visited on March 13, 2026. We were driving through from Ottawa to Myrtle beach so our stay was short, 10pm until 5:30am. The blankets are very thin, I froze all night. The hvac system is very loud, kept me up most of the night. The bathroom had a bug in it and wasn’t super clean. The front desk told me there was a gym on the 2nd floor but walked the entire floor and no gym was found. Not the best ”

“you ripped me off where is the continental breakfast I made a reservation with expedia and the description and the service is terrible > I arrive at 4 pm there is no none I waited for 30 minutes > The responsible is these terrible company manages these hotels, but not the lady who was there with her dog. She was nice, even though I waited at reception for 30 minutes. The next day, there was no breakfast, just a dirty coffee pot. ”

“The smell of the hotel was absolutely awful. The bathroom had black mold and the ceiling was caving in as there was a leak . We literally checked in went to our room , seen everything and checked out not even 5 minutes later . We wasted over $100 for a place me and my family couldn’t even stay at. ”

“Sleep with mice everywhere. First night heard them crawling all night. Second night felt one actually crawling on me while I was asleep, flung it across the room and slept the rest of the night in my truck. Next morning I checked out snd ask for a refund for the remaining nights I wasn’t going to be stayibg there. They gave me a bit of a runaround and just hoping I get my refund. 1 community microwave in the lobby that everyone uses. ”

“We stayed for one night. Had not eaten and were to tired to go out. We ate at their bar and found it to be excellent. The food, people and drinks were very good. The bed was very comfortable.”

“If you arrive late, be aware you'll need to ring the bell and wait for someone to let you in. Key cards are required for entry to the building even through the front lobby. We waited several minutes for someone to arrive.”

“Hotel accettabile, camera spaziosa ma un po’ rumorosa, colazione appena sufficiente per poca scelta, lenzuola corte e nessuna protezione del piumino, quindi letto poco curato. Parcheggio comodo in area con tanti ristoranti. Personale cortese ed efficiente. ”
