Hotel a Garden City

“Even if some renovations were in progress during my stay, everything has gone fine. Never heard any noise from the renovations work. Affordable price for the room. Breakfast include.”

“We had no sink hot water. Were told it could not be fixed till next day. I asked for a differt room, he said(owner) they were full up and we could just use shower water. We were staying 5 days. No one showed up. We did find the lines were swiched with our own search. No one came the next day and we did NOT tell them we fixed it. 3rd day asked for clean towels and was informed I had to bring them to laundry and get even exchange only! I did go get them and then was told the laundry was closed”

“The pool is so incredibly small. It's enclosed in a small room and is gets very loud. Not enjoyable at all.”

“Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. “A simple hotel with good beds & everything working & pleasant. Clean & well run; prompt housekeeping (touch ups each morning). Great staff who were friendly and helpful with our large family group occupying 8 rooms. A short walk (without crossing roads) to eating spots, nail salon, & a nice grocery store in the same complex.”

“The staff was understandably understaffed but still managed to keep everyone content. I wasn’t able to check into my hotel on time while they ran behind cleaning rooms. I was told I’m the 8th person/family waiting. I asked for a late check out which was 3 days later paid upfront and they had no issue honoring that for me. Breakfast, pool and proximity to freeway is a plus. I did have one racist run in, a man next door to me yelled racial slurs from his balcony. This happened to be on check out...

“The kitchen garbage disposal did not work, my power was out at my home so I decided to get a room and I bought $200 worth of groceries and wasn’t able to utilize the sink, I reported right away, I stayed for three days and no one ever came. Upon arrival some kids were left alone which cause a fire in the microwave so my first room was smoky and my clothes were smoky just from walking up the hall. “The front desk clerk with Red hair was so pleasant and friendly. The room was nicely decorated. A 1 inch beetle was in our bathroom which I killed and flushed. There were dead bugs around the floor next to the walls. Not sure if they were spider meals or if they had sprayed something to kill them but the debris needed cleaning.
