“This was a nice rustic cabin with the basics. It was not as secluded or private as I like, but it was quiet and a nice area.”

“Walking into this cottage was like I had been there before. The pictures are so accurate. Everything was just great. We had a fabulous time even though I didn’t get a chance to use the kayak. We did check out the historic Fayette Village state park. Also went to see the Big Spring Indian Lake. We would love to come back here again, in fact, I could just move in. The only thing was the pots and pans were not the best. Thanks for everything. Great place!”

“Longview Cottage is a cute, cozy little cottage which was perfect for a trip to the UP. The owners have furnished it well, with pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable, and the dvd collection is fabulous! I had one question, during our stay, for the owner who immediately responded to a text.We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.”

“We were there for my mother's burial and to have a few days to relax & reflect on her. We were so happy to find this hidden gem. Amy was very responsive, the house was very clean and had so many extras. It is an inviting home with lots of space for everyone. We spent a lot of time by the water and playing in the yard. There was a lot of wood for campfires but we only had 1 day that the wind cooperated for us. Thank you again!!! When we have a need to rent in that area again i will be looking for...

“We've been coming to Munising off and on for the past 20+ years. We've stayed at hotels, motels, apartments, cabins, etc. But this is the best place we've stayed -- BY FAR! It's exactly as advertised, except it's on 21 acres instead of 14. Plenty of area to explore, checkout wildlife, and have some adventures. The pier is great for fishing, and the jon boat and kayaks allow exploration of the lake. The house is plenty large and the kitchen well equipped. It's a short drive to Pictured Rocks...

“Really enjoyed our stay, we had a boat so we went mostly into garden bay on lake Michigan, Indian lake is nice, but you have to be really careful on that lake as there are so many low spots. I wrecked my propeller on the first day, so avoided that, Went kayaking on the lake, the place was very peaceful, and I enjoyed having fires and just relaxing, The house is older, with a certain rustic charm, I thought it was kind of cool, no air conditioning, but the nights were plenty cool, got to see my...

“The property is very nice. One of the beds is a couch, so be prepared for that. The water pressure is a little low in the shower. I would recommend replacing the head as an easy and enjoyable perk for your guests. The location is amazing, and we all had a wonderful time. Thank you!”

“Nick and Abbey did an amazing job renovating this home. It was amazing. Everything was super clean (brand new!) and house was well stocked. Beautiful views of the lake and the trails were easily accessible out of the driveway. Circle driveway was HUGE, plowed and easily handled the snowmobile trailer.
