“Went for CSU graduation. They raised their prices significantly because they are closer to campus. Room service wasn’t operational for two of the night we were there. Our door didn’t have a “Do not disturb “ placard- no cups or glasses in the bathroom- no make up mirror.”

“Didn’t know about the renovation project until just a day before arriving. Challenging for the staff, not great for the guests. We wouldn’t have stayed there had we known. Not a good value for the money. ”

“Very close to CSU, walking distance. Convenient to Old Town and many places to eat and drink. Overall it was very quiet but on a couple occasions you could hear the train in the early mornings. Inside was clean and it had the amenities for a short stay. The fridge was a little small but that is due to the size of the studio apartment. Shower was small but great water pressure and bathroom was roomy enough for getting ready. There was a nice walk-in closet to hang your clothes. It did have a...

“You're right in the heart of downtown within walking distance of just about everything. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The dinner at Ace Gillett's and the brunch in the hotel lobby were outstanding. We will definitely be back!”

“The rooms were spacious and clean. The couch bed was a decent size which made the teenager happy! Property was clean, staff was friendly. Will stay here again.”

“The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco.”
