“This property was remodeled. The staff was super friendly and nice. The AC was in a weird spot, but it worked. Water pressure in the shower was a little too low for me but the water was hot. Other than that for a short stay it was comfortable, affordable, and someplace I will come back to. ”

“Lovely building in a not so great area, unfortunately didn’t feel safe walking around. Lots of homeless, people constantly begging for money, people very out of it and so much pot smoking (I know this is legal here but we as Europeans aren’t used to it) The Roost itself is so nice the rooms are huge and spotless clean. Unfortunately we didn’t have the lovely big windows like the pictures only 2 small windows high up that couldn’t see out of and no windows in the bedroom, kitchen or bathrooms....

“This is our third time staying here. The property is charming and unique. It is located near the heart of the city and so much can be reached by walking down Franklin St. and the adjacent neighborhoods staring at the rich collection of antique homes. Nice common areas, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of coffee help the quests meet and chat. Check-in is easy. Off street parking that is in a locked and gated lot behind the building is a big plus. We will stay again. ”

“Check in went smoothly and staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and the kids had a great time in it. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved that it had a nightlight in the bathroom. Breakfast had a wide variety of items and the area was clean. Bathrooms in the lobby were spacious, clean and had feminine supplies if needed. ”

“This Spark Hotel had only been open 2 weeks so everything was new. The only problem at check-in was a computer issue which was fixed by check-out the next morning. Close to Restaurants, shopping, etc. Convenient to Shaker and Cleveland Heights area. Wonderful Staff.”

“The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. ”
