“I'm not familiar with Sudbury, but this property feels like it's in a sketchy part of town. Under a bridge and beside a rail yard, I had to drive around a dozen people wandering around in the street outside a centre offering services to individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction just to get to the hotel. If I hadn't pre-paid, I would have found a different place to stay. The parking lot is pretty beaten up, the lobby looks tired and the elevator is quite worn. The room was mediocre....
