“As regular customers of Dakota Leeds, Manchester and Edinburgh we had been looking forward to staying at Dakota Newcastle to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately the room we booked didn’t live up to expectations with flat lumpy pillows and a broken curtain that wouldn’t close fully, letting light into the room from 6.40am which woke us up early and meant we didn’t get the relaxing lie in we had hoped for whilst away. “One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Been here several times over the years and the staff are always super friendly and helpful, the amenities are great, and there's always plenty of space to park the car. The rooms are spacious with a good living area and nice beds.”

“Onestamente avevo aspettative più alte. Le camere al piano terra sono molto buie e la mia affacciava su una zona usata dal personale per la gestione della biancheria (quindi zero privacy, dovevo tenere le tende sempre tirate). ”

“Personale gentilissimo, camere spaziose e pulite con bagno confortevole. Parcheggio comodo e sicuro accanto all’Hotel. Noi abbiamo anche cenato menu semplice ma piacevole. La colazione potrebbe migliorare. Location sul fiume a 15 minuti a piedi in salita dal centro. Hotel con piscina che noi non abbiamo utilizzato”
