“The room was clean, but there was a strong, unpleasant smell coming from the wet floor that was quite bothersome. The front desk recommended using the ice machine on the third floor, but unfortunately, it was out of order as well.”

“Sucia. Desde la entrada. Gente tomando cerveza y hablando muy fuerte en el lugar del desayuno aunque ya eran pasadas las 10 de la noche. El piso del elevador sumamente sucio. Con basura. Igualmente los pasillos, la escalera de bajar los tres pisos porqué no funcionó el elevador también manchada y con basura. El cuarto bien pero con algo de basura también en el piso. Las camas buenas y no escuchamos ruidos. Dormimos bien aunque no quisimos desayunar en un hotel tan sucio. Hace falta renovarlo y...

“Everything was great except for the shady people. They were staying there during that time leaving the back door propped open.”

“There was an issue with the type of room I reserved but the from desk staff was able to resolve that matter. However, the room that was put in was not clean and had hair all in the shower.”

“Hotel was overly terrible. I had accidentally booked a day earlier before my arrival so I had to pay for an extra night. While getting situated there was plenty of things wrong with with the hotel there was a sign on the pool entrance door saying how the pool wasn’t cleaned and was closed by the state. Then we get to the room first thing we noticed was a bug crawling by the toilet in the restroom and then also noticed hair and just dirt all in the bath tub. After leaving and then returning back...

“Mold in the shower! There wasnt any bath soap. I couldn't reach anyone for the front desk. Air-conditioning was set at 64 degrees We aren't Polar Bears. Give me a break I cant recommend this place!!!”

“Clean room. Toilet needed repair. Breakfast not much to brag about. Front desk staff were helpful.”

“I like staying at smaller chains, but this one needed a lot of help. No sound proofing, we could hear all of the neighbors conversations. Bathrooms were older and could use a good scrubbing. With that said, I never felt unsafe in the hotel and it got the job done for sleeping and moving on”
