“Personale molto gentile un po' fuori dal centro ”

“Stayed one night with family and had a good overall experience. The property was clean, though it hasn’t been recently upgraded. Breakfast buffet was decent. The location is convenient—about 15 minutes from the Gateway Arch in St. Louis and close to I-55—with free parking available. One inconvenience was the room key card repeatedly getting deactivated, requiring multiple trips to the front desk.”

“This is a nice place to stay. We liked the convenience of walking easily to the convention center. The kids loved the pool too.”

“We arrived at 2:50 and our room wasn't ready until 4 pm. We stayed in the lobby and there were other guests waiting for their rooms. Apparently, they were short on staff. We also selected a king bed and the room had 2. Other than that, the desk staff was very nice and accommodating. It was a good area with walkable restaurants.”

“The room was clean, bathroom needed a remodel. Hole in shower wall- toilet didn’t flush properly- fan loud. Breakfast was more of a grab and go - not much to offer. Good location- right off interstate - 15 min to downtown St Louis. Pool looked great but said it was out of service. Overall served its purpose for driving thru area. ”

“Pool was closed by the health department due to cleaning agent residuals. There was dirty towels left in our room. We were only given 2 towels despite checking in 4 people and had to go to check in to request more. Very disappointed!”

“I checked in late at night. After a 12.5 hour drive from Houston, Tx. Once I checked in I grabbed my bed clothes and went straight to bed. I woke up in the early AM. I was covered In bed bug bites. I messaged Expedia as I went to the front desk. A heavy set lady with white hair was frustrated and giving poor customer service as soon as I mentioned it. Claiming she needed proof and etc. I showed her the bite marks. She claimed I needed to find a bug. I expressed that I saw on the reviews that...

“Breakfast is good everytime we stay, Pool was down while we were there which was a bummer, most of the staff was friendly, room was nice and clean as always”

“E' un motel proprio americano, senza fronzoli e frequentato da gente tipica u.s.a.(lavoratori ,gente che sosta per mese ecc.ecc..Distante da St. Louis ma in 15 min. di macchina si va in centro.Gentili i proprietari che gesticono il motel(fanno tutto la moglie e suo marito) Per il prezzo ci si puo' accontentare, per i piu' schizzinosi meglio andare da un altra parte , ma se vuoi provare a vivere all'americana davvero, si puo' provare !”

“The hotel is under renovation, so I tried to understand the strong paint smell. That would have been find, until I got to the room and found the bathroom was not clean. The air in the room did not work. The room was hot and uncomfortable all night. It was too expensive to find it in this condition. ”

“Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...

“I will never stay at this place again. Quite literally the most disgusting place I’ve ever step foot in. I didn’t even stay in the room. I walked in to the filth and nastiness. Turned around and walked out. ”
