“All the staff were very friendly, expedient, and professional. Especially Ellis in the restaurant and the valet team. The food, however, is ridiculously overpriced and really poor quality. A family of 3 getting coffee, pancakes, precooked bacon, breakfast croissant, and an egg dish for $120 plus tax and tip. I'm sorry that's a little crazy. The room and the bathroom is extremely cramped. There are NO racks or tables for guests to put their suitcases on. So your whole stay you are reaching...

“We had a non-smoking room and on our first night we had white smoke pouring through our bathroom vent into our room. The whole room stunk of cigarette smoke and when we went down to ask for another room the lady at the desk was super argumentative. No pool or hot tub as shown is the hotel info I reviewed. Was told they shut it down during Covid and never restored them after. False advertising, not worth the money at all. ”

“All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel.
La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco.
Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei...

“My husband and I stayed here for a hockey game and it is a quick train ride to Blues or Cardinals games from SLU's campus. The building is beautiful and historic and the staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a fantastic place to stay if you were visiting the SLU campus and enjoying the theaters next door. The Inn is extremely clean. The rooms and the lounge were very charming. You park right out front for free. Wish we could have stayed longer. ”

“We pulled in late night with a u-haul truck and the friendly and accommodating desk clerk had a space on the street marked off for us! The location, easy on and off the Interstate, is right downtown and next to sports arenas but for us was very quiet and safe street parking (cars have a garage). Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. We'd stay here again.”
