The condo is newly built and very easy to get into. The owners gave us all the info we needed, but didn’t over send info and keep messaging throughout our stay like some owners do. “The property was beautiful with a scenic covered bridge and walking trails!! The distance to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge was about 10 minutes. The host was quick responding to any concerns and sent check in messages to ease that process. The hot tub was perfect and clean!! ”
