“The views were amazing. Unfortunately, the house is pretty run-down. The hot tub was not working, and the HVAC fan did not turn off. Doors wouldn't close without force—front door keybad as old and damaged. The host seemed to know the hot tub was an issue, and with it being super cold, we were pretty disappointed. Been to the Smokies 5 times, and this is the worst place, unfortunately.”

“The proximity of the property to downtown, the national park, and Ober Mountain was an A. It was also the perfect place to grill out, get in the hot tub, make s'mores, and wind down after a long day of skiing. The host was amazing and very accommodating with some requests we made. Both the adults and children alike loved it. We would definitely stay here again. ”
