Near Ober Mountain, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.

Unit 15B-Skier's Crossing Unit B is conveniently located near the top of Ski Mountain Rd and just a quick jaunt to Ober Mountain. It is a 3-mile drive to downtown Gatlinburg and offers easy access to the bypass to Pigeon Forge, approximately 12 miles away. This 2-bedroom 1.5 bath unit sleeps 6 (the two bedrooms - 1 being a loft bedroom with 2 single beds, and the primary bedroom with a queen size bed, both located upstairs and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room on the lower level). This townhome has a nice, creek-side view and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The drive from town to the unit is on steep, winding roads. During the winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle may be necessary. This unit has 0 exterior steps and 20 interior steps. We provide a starter pack of 3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel roll, 3 Laundry pods, 3 dishwasher tabs and hand and dish soaps. We do not supply coffee, salt & pepper, or any condiments. Please message with any questions.

I like it because its really close to ober mountain where you can get there walking, and it has the basics for a good stay. And if youre lucky enough you might get to see bears on the way to chalet.

Me encantó, el condominio piensa en tus necesidades dentro de casa, tenía todo lo necesario si quieres hacer tus propias comidas y si quieres estar en privacidad. Solo caminamos tres minutos y estábamos en el estacionamiento de over mountain, de ahí te lleva el transporte de ellos a la atracción, a 5 minutos en auto desde la cabaña al downtown

Nice Long Weekend Getaway

This condo was fine for what we needed. A little dated, but overall fine for what we needed. The pictures don't show it well, but there are stairs into the loft bedroom so just be aware for any kids you plan to put in that room. The stairs gave me a little pause because they are capped with metal corners and with a young kiddo running around I was worried they would slip and fall on those, they also got snagged on socks pretty regularly. The only issue we ran into, which wasn't a fault of the condo itself but the location; we did get stuck in the Ober Mountain traffic a few times trying to come back to the condo during the day, maybe 5-10 minutes of waiting where we could see the condo, but couldn't get to the parking lot because of everyone waiting to go to Ober. Overall a great little stay. We loved the fireplace!
