“The staff was excellent and the location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. The bathroom floor could have used a mopping but they seem to do a lot of business so that’s an easy miss. I will say when it’s busy you can hear your neighbors especially if they’re loud and crazy like ours were but that’s no fault of the hotel. ”

“We really enjoyed our 1 night stay! We only stayed 1 night because we had another hotel room back near nashville, but we decided to make the drive to Gatlinburg for 1 night. Beautiful balcony view, easy parking and walkable to everything. We would definitely return for another vacation! Staff was helpful and kind.”

“Wonderful check in, room was nice and clean, absolutely beautiful large shower with multiple heads, restaurant had exceptional bartender who made phenomenal drinks and was very attentive. We loved our stay here. ”

“We had a clean newly renovated room with a comfortable king bed. The staff was friendly and were available 24 hours. This location is within easy walking distance to all that Gatlinburg has to offer. They no longer offer a free breakfast, but there are so many wonderful breakfast restaurants in Gatlinburg why would you want a motel meal. We would stay here again. ”
