“HVAC was rattling and noisy all night- So it kept me from sleeping. Asked for repair and told it was done , but was not fixed. I had no sleep, my health was ruined and all because of a very old wall AC that could not be repaired. There was no attendant on site late at night to help with problem. “The stay was absolutely lovely! Would no doubt be 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot are, in fact, that bad. I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish.
