“Beautiful rooms, nice continental breakfast.”

“Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich.”

“Staff was very friendly. Room smelled extremely musty. It did not have good ventilation. The jacuzzi tub was very slippery. It seemed as if it was cleaned but not rinsed after. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was very tiny and dated. The location was ideal.”

“The stay was absolutely lovely! Would no doubt be 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot are, in fact, that bad. I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish. Switching to a security light that is angled down and not up and out would make all the difference. Its like sitting infront of ford f-150 with their brights on. “I was greeted by two lovely ladies who helped me check in. I was just stopping by to check the premises out since I was WAY early for check in (11:30 AM) and my room was already ready and she let me check in! I was given a gift with 2 waters, apples, and few pieces of candy. The room is EXACTLY as online. I loved the mountain vibe with decor and looked to be recently renovated, clean and roomy. The pool was big and refreshing, and the free breakfast was a slight step up from the typical hotel...

“The room smelled bad like mold or just very old. There were dead bugs on the floor and no one has ever cleaned behind the bed. There was hair on the one of the pillows. Basically this place is old and needs a major renovation. I would not recommend this place and I would not stay here again! Parking is very poor”

“I wanted that hotel because it was walking distance to everything. There was a nice balcony to sit outside. I did not have the breakfast but it was nice that it was included. Very reasonability priced.”

“Upon entering the room, I immediately noticed a musty smell. The bedding and furniture looked worn and unclean, and the walls were cracked and peeling. The property is clearly in need of a complete renovation. Unfortunately, the photos on the website bear little resemblance to the actual condition of the accommodations and are extremely misleading.”

“Loved the balcony and the view and the room was great overall. Would’ve benefited from a small desk or table especially since the bathroom counter was also quite small. But overall, great room, decent location, and easy parking and room access.”
