“The hotel is very overpriced (esp. on Expedia) relative to similar options nearby. It’s better to call the hotel directly to get a lower rate. Check in was a mess since reception sent me to a lower category room and then took an hour to correct the mistake. The front desk was very rude and not welcoming at all. We had a reservation for four nights and hoped that the hotel staff would be professional and polite. Will certainly not recommend the hotel to anyone.”

“I paid around 11800/- for 2 nights for a family room which was quite high in that area, when I checked in I found property dirty, bathroom lock broken, bathroom glass semi transparent. We got some workaround and didn’t change room as suggested because that room was even more dirtier. Food quality was bad and charges were high. overall service was below mark. So I will not recommend anyone to stay here.”
