“Once you drive up to this property, you will notice these were apartments that have been changed out to be a hotel. We booked the two king bed suite. The upstairs level was very hot. It had one of those mini split ac's on the inside wall but it still would not get any cooler than 84 degrees. The bottom floor had bugs in the bathroom. The mini kitchen area was dirty. Neighboorhood was okay, aside from the people a few doors to the right blairing their loud music from their car for awhile. Over...

“Used to be our favorite El Paso Hotel. Now: no free breakfast if you book through Expedia, they only clean your room every three days, if you’re staying several days, you have to set your trash cans in the hall for the staff to pick up, you have no place to hang your bath towels since the staff only cleans your room every three days and the staff seems to hate their jobs. I will be looking for another place to stay. Really sad.”

“Staff was super friendly when we checked in and with anything we needed. The room spelled very bad when we arrived though, when we opened the pull out couch a bunch of popcorn fell out onto the floor as well as dirty socks from the previous guests. Both chairs at the table also had crumbs all over them when we arrived.
