“Fabulous resort - we stay there every chance we get!”

“There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. Must be coming in through the vents. Had to ask for WiFi and was given a code, and checkout was...

“Had a very busy day and this place was just right - close to Busch Gardens, many food options near by and very clean.”

“Although I arrived late, there was ample parking and the restaurant allowed me to eat-in 15 minutes prior to closing”

“Parking was easy, and convenient. Staff was pleasant. The room was clean, and no evidence of bed bugs. Mattress was haaaaard tho, and that essentially, was why we were there. To sleep. It was like sleeping on the floor. The outdoor pool was not open yet, so can't review that. And, we didn't eat breakfast there, so can't review that either. Over all stay was nice, and pretty quiet. But, if you don't sleep well on a hard mattress, you might do better somewhere else. ”

“I booked this room for a friend. She enjoyed the breakfast and the comfortable room. Mostly, however, she felt comfortable with the very friendly staff who were never too busy to answer a question or to accommodate (she uses a cane), She was traveling with her cat, which they also accommodated nicely.”

“Overall a good experience. Reasonable price and good location right next to I64. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Two things to improve: AC quite noisy and the fact though the hotel was quite empty the all 10 or so rooms occupied were all adiacent and so could hear everything coming from the other rooms. ”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“The food was a step above other lodging in simular levels and it was refreashing to see the menu change daily. We stayed two nights and had no complaints.”

“The food could be a little higher quality for the price. I enjoyed the water park but occasionally it smelled like a sewer. The hot tub could be a few degrees hotter (maybe 104). Not sure why my room’s GFCI outlet turned off randomly while I was sleeping after I pressed RESET.”

“Breakfast is a lot of carbs(waffles, toast, bagel, cereal), so not a hot breakfast. They have wi-fi, but it is so throttled as to be useless. I had to use my phone hotspot. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower was hot.”
