“Overall comfortable stay, hotel has facilities like self service laundrette at your own expense. I was not well, but to have essentials around nearby helped (7E, atm machine at groundfloor), petrol station, cafe & restaurants nearby etc. Our 2nd time staying, this trip we opted deluxe double room which is more spacious & window with nice greenery view. Room is equipped with essentials like slippers, coffee tea, kettle, iron & ironing board, wardrobe, reading lamp, massive tv with netflix....

“The shower was great the room nice and clean. The front desk was very nice checking in and out. They were nice and gave us a late check out. Only improvement i would suggest is that the bed is a little to firm (not uncomfortable, but not comfortable either)”

“The apartment was clean and comfortable to live in. However, body wash and shampoo weren’t provided adequately even though the ‘big’ bottle was placed in the bathroom. The bathroom was a bit dirty too as I could see stains on the floor. Another thing was the water heater didn't function well. The water was so cold!”

“Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

“Check in time STRIGHTLY starts at 3pm, although arrive earlier also need to wait till the time. Property is clean, neat & tidy. i booked 3 bedrooms condo due to we have 8 persons in this trip, all feels happy with the stay.”

“Thanks to the reviews, I already expect the check in procedure to last for 20-30mins and it’s true. After checking in, the car park was allocated at tower 3 and our card only have assess to tower 2. So it took another 30 mins to figure out how to walk around in the car park to reach your apartment. The apartment has zero noise cancelling. Upstairs walking, flushing and opposite door closing and opening you can literally hear everything. Most probably you are going to sleep late from neighbours...
