“Our stay here was very satisfactory. It was kept clean and the staff were friendly. It’s a very minimal and functional hotel to stay in. My only complaint is that the walls are thin so we often heard the room next to us and the hallway. Other than that, this was a good place to stay outside of Memphis. ”

“Great location, facility, amenities and staff. Sheets need for the pullout couch bed should be in the room. Also, there’s a desperate need a better system for towel replenishment since having a pool creates a higher guest demand for towels.”

“We reserved a two Queen Bed Room through Expedia. However, when we got to the hotel, in our third floor room with our heavy luggage....it was one King bed. Too tired and sleepy to go back downstairs to make a fuss. Next day, when I queried the desk gal, she said the issue was "not on them". I would need to contact my third party scheduler, Expedia. Needless to say, they would not take responsibility for putting us in the wrong room. They said EXPEDIA was at fault, since they said King Bed...

“Had to stay here last minute due to severe storms delaying my solo trip. This is seriously the greatest hotel in DeSoto County. Very polite, helpful, professional, and kind staff. The room was immaculate, peaceful, and the cleanest room I’ve stayed in. Will 100% return here next time I stop back into town. Only thing is the parking lot fills up quickly but not the end of the world.”

“Clean room. Only minus was that the microwave didn’t work. Staff was super friendly. Gym was clean. We didn’t use the pool. ”

“The room had roaches. The managements staff did not hold up to what they said that they were going to do. The breakfast was good ms Denise was the cook. The young man Jabber had excellent customer service he went above and beyond expectations. But the next day that white lady and black lady came to room and did nothing ”

“Their was no roaches from the room door until we left... Couldn't sleep ROACHES everywhere so I sleep in my car. Ask for a refund the lady gave me ANT SPRAY LORD help me and still no refund an still sleep in the car”

“The breakfast staff does an amazing job each morning. They are very good at refreshing the breakfast foods. The rooms are clean. There was a problem with ants that I advised the front desk about. The air conditioner in room 300 is a bit noisy, and needs to be looked at. The exercise room is well equipped and clean with weights, ellipticals, treadmills, weight scale.”
