“We loved staying at this property. The only problem we encountered was that the key card system wasn’t working while we were there, so every time we left and returned to our room we had to be let in by hotel staff.”

“I had a completely unacceptable experience here. After a long trip, we arrived and checked into our room, only to find it hadn't been cleaned. There were crumbs all over the floor and the trash bin was full of garbage left by the previous guest.When we brought this to the front desk, the staff actually argued with us, stating that "room service wouldn't be until the morning." “Room was clean and tidy. Shower had nowhere to store shampoo, conditioner or soap. Has a cute kitchenette. If you plan to cook, you need to provide your own cookware.”

“I have faced many problems. I have booked the room for 2 queen bed but instead they gave us king size bed room. I have requested to change the room but staff was very rude and not helping at all. Worst experience i have gad in this hotel.”

I reported and they sent people to come and clean it right away. And I think their furniture needs to be updated. But besides that, everything is good.”
