When booking a non-refundable reservation through a third party unfortunately we can't make adjustments in these types of situations. We do recommend to all guests that if you book the discounted non-refundable rate to please read the policy carefully as it is non-refundable under any circumstance and to look into getting travel insurance to help offset the cost of cancellation, missing a day or no-showing for your reservation. Reminder to our guests that we have regular breakfast menus for walk-in and a breakfast plan menu which is limited for the rate plan it is attached to. Car rentals are available on the island for exploring Georgetown at your leisure and the rest of the island, you can request this information to our pre-arrival guest services team. The grocery store has lots of selections as well that our complimentary shuttle goes to, we also have pre-arrival grocery services to assist with items you may want stocked in your cottage/villa for your arrival!
