“Front desk clerk had her kids in pajamas at work. GM was unkind and refused to speak with me about room condition also I was given room key and the room was not clean. No refund given. We did NOT STAY. Horrible hotel, unsanitary”

“I had to be asked to move to another room. I had booked an extra day and the room that I got was horrible. The bathroom was so filthy that I could not even take a bath. The wallpaper was coming off and it looks like it had mold. Also, the bed was itchy and I was scared of bed bugs. They did moved me the next day and it was better. I will never book at this location again”

“The television in my room didn't work. I mentioned this to staff but it was not corrected. There was constant traffic and noise through the middle of the night. The room was clean but the overall stay was not good. Improvement is needed.”

“If I could give this a no start I would. The first room they gave wasn't even cleaned fully, but the second room was worse. One of the beds were broken, there was no hot water! And there was and awful smell. The rooms are old and need more then a half assed paint job. Front desk did nothing after switching us the first time. Thankfully my son got us a different hotel the next day. Was not offered a refund or apology.”

“Stay away from this place. Do not place your family or yourself in danger. I ended up having to get treated by paramedics and police for an injury I sustained in this place. There was a broken glass pipe under the mattress that cut me.”
