“This property is outstanding. We wanted to stay closer to switzerland (where we were headed after Lake Como) and wanted to be out of the thick of the crowds. This ended up being perfect. The house is composed of an upstairs apartment and a main floor apartment. We rented both. In-laws were upstairs and our family with baby was downstairs. “Villa Marena was absolutely perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and charming, perched on a hill overlooking the lake. It is filled with rosemary bushes, grape vines, and fruit trees. Our children barely wanted to leave the property because they were so happy exploring the yard and feeding the ponies up on the hill. It is outside the crowds of Bellagio and feels like a private oasis. Zero complaints. ”

“Maria’s property was luxurious with a million dollar view. Waking up each morning to see the lake and mountains was just amazing. The house was comfortable and had all you needed. It is situated about a 15 minute walk to downtown Tremezzo where you can catch a ferry anywhere. Or you can walk around right there and visit the local beach (highly recommend) and botanical garden (also highly recommend).
