La connessione Wi-Fi ha smesso di funzionare poche ore dopo il mio arrivo il Lunedì ed è stata ripristinata solo giovedì. “Camera pulita, parcheggio gratuito, solito difetto della struttura HILTON: la pulizia delle camere non è giornaliera e nessuno ti avvisa. Colazione una mattina alla carta (quindi limitata dal budget 24 USD) e un'altra mattina self-service: potrebbe essere decisamente migliorata.”

“Il nostro appartamento era perfetto. Nel cuore di Downtown, al 49esimo piano, vista meravigliosa. L'hotel occupa due piani (48 e 49) della torre Santander e non utilizza chiavi, né altro per l'accesso, se non un codice numerico. Noi abbiamo avuto problemi all'arrivo, perché non ci era stata inviata la mail con il link per il pre-checkin, quindi non avevamo il codice e non riuscivamo a entrare. Praticamente non c'è reception e non c'è personale, per cui, non avendo grande padronanza dell'...

“The staff made our stay very nice from beginning to end. The hotel feels very private in a big city. Fitness Center was nice. Breakfast was very good. Valet service quick. The rooms were very nice and had everything we needed. The decor all around the hotel was very unique and tasteful. My wife and I both commented it was one of our nicest stays in Dallas.
