“I liked the property because it had everything we needed for our stay the only thing I did not like was that they never came to clean our room not once during the stay. Other than that it was nice location for the price. Not much food options around near by either. .”

There was one huge disappointment... the one and only waitress/bartender had the worst customer service I've had in a looooong time. She was unwelcoming and went in the corner and talked on her phone at times. My order came up and the kitchen 'dinged' that it was up, and she just continued talking on the phone for a couple of minutes. After serving it, she went right back on her phone. She wasn't rude...

“Staff was helpful. Breakfast was satisfactory. I dropped a item on the floor and was able to see under the AC unit it was filthy, looked like it had not been cleaned in a year. I've stayed at this property before and was satisfied. I would return however I will check room for clean standards. Not crazy with dogs in hotels but that's the way of the world.”

“We really enjoyed our stay but the staff made an error I need to report. We checked in early (3PM) and were assigned a room. It was fine but when my son checked in with his family (4 people) at 10, we discovered that we were assigned his room. We have the same name. However, the room we were assigned had 2 queen beds and the room he was assigned had 1 king bed. It was impossible for him to accept that room because it was not possible to sleep 4 people in one king size bed. So, at 10:30 PM...

“Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. ”

“This spot was incredible. It's really unassuming from the street but once upstairs is just a rad as heck spot. Lots of space, very clean, great design. The auto communication can be a bit odd and feels spamming, but ultimately was that bad.”
