“We are really dissatisfied with our stay at this house. While we did receive timely responses, the actual concerns were never addressed like the bathroom mats, trash bags. The dishwasher has been leaking. There were no bathroom mats and trash bags (broken trash can) provided. Despite reporting these issues on the first day, no one came to fix or check on them throughout our stay. We also experienced a hot water problem, which remained unresolved. “The house has real potential, but also has real problems. It needs some maintenance in a major way. The toilet won’t flush. The faucet in the bathtub fell off. The grill had not been cleaned in so long that it broke out into a fire. When communicated these problems with the host, the response was I’m sorry for the inconvenience. We will have our handyman fix it after you leave. Frankly, I wanted it fixed while we were there. They also did not provide the necessary materials for cleaning dishes....

“No pet, several items needed repair. No extra blankets or quilts. Heat wasn't working. Manager communicated well. Finally moved to different rental.”

“Excellent stay at the cabin! My son and I had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the experience. Just one small suggestion — it may be helpful to provide a rake or some type of platform/tool to make brass pickup a little easier. Overall, we had a great time.”
