The staff was courteous and exceptionally helpful. I have stayed there several times and have always found the rooms to be clean and the beds comfortable. There was no water in the room when I woke up. I was unable to wash hands toilet was not working no shower. But Ramada credited me the whole nights stay. They did not charge me. That was a powerful move. I will be staying at Ramada when ever possible. City had water off.
