“This hotel is a complete disaster. The mattress, duvet, and pillows, room wall are filthy, and the bathroom is overrun with mould, posing a serious health risk. The room lacks air conditioning, and upon arrival, the floor was wet from a recent mop, leaving us uncomfortable. The bathroom soap and cream containers were disgustingly dirty on the outside, and the door wouldn’t close properly due to excessive moisture.
