“Woodland valley view room had a lovely view, the staff were very helpful and courteous, breakfast food was very good quality. Hotel's own vehicle picked us up from the airport and took us back. Couldn't really fault anything.
Only minor niggle was that their website stated a fridge was in every room when in fact they were only in the top tier rooms and unfortunately they had no others to provide us. So their website needs updating, but it was no big issue. ”

“This hotel has a very interesting historical background with all the comforts one expects at a nice hotel. The staff is friendly and receptive to any requests. The room we stayed in was clean, well taken care of by housekeeping and had updated and modern bathroom and lighting/appliances. very nice and comfortable common areas, clean looking pool. excellent included breakfast, continental breakfast as well as hot breakfast made to order. “The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower.
The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away.”
