“When we rented High Point we wanted to make sure we were within walking distance to Seattle Chinese Garden/Astra Lumina. We were literally right across the street to the entrance of the Chinese Garden. The house was very clean and nicely done. Bed and pillows were very comfy 😌 ”

“Property was exactly what I was looking for. Nothing super fancy, cheap, and in a great location. Was just over a mile from Climate Pledge Arena, and just as close to some amazing bars and restaurants. We always just like scooter around Seattle and it was a perfect location for it. Everything is within a 10-20 minute scooter ride. Room was very clean, hallway was a bit messy and scuffed as I have seen in other reviews, but oh well, it’s like 10 steps and the rest of the place was perfectly fine....

“Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è pulita e fornita di microonde, frigo, macchinetta caffè. Bagno spazioso. In più, a disposizione di tutti gli ospiti, c'è una grande cucina. Siamo stati molto bene!”

“great breakfast right across the street! always clean and quiet at night. ”

“My husband and I stayed here for nearly a week while visiting our son who lives nearby, and it was a perfect spot. The cottage is cozy and has everything needed, clean and comfortable, just the right kind of quirky! Lots of levels/steps within, which was totally fine for us but could be an issue for other guests. Well located within walking distance from coffee and breakfast spots, dedicated parking spot a bonus. Warm communications with hosts. We’ll be back!”
