“Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and in good condition. Only downside was the waffle batter dispenser kept breaking but staff assisted acknowledging the need for a new one. ”

“The staff was fantastic! My husband was having medical issues and I called them to see about an early check in. Not only were they accommodating, but upon our arrival they helped us load a luggage cart to get to our room . The shuttle driver actually waited with my husband while I got a wheelchair assist. They made a stressful time SO MUCH EASIER! ”

“This was my first time at a Tru by Hilton. On par with other 2 star hotels. My room was certainly not luxurious but was adequate. Breakfast was standard but well maintained. The service by staff did stand out. They are very pleasant, welcoming and accommodating.”

“This was one of the best hotels my family and I have ever stayed at. There isn’t one thing I can complain about. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The best customer service I’ve ever received. The amenities were great. I love that they provided ice and water on every floor. I would definitely recommend this place 100 times over.”

“The room was super clean, spacious and comfortable beds! The breakfast was amazing! Full hot buffet breakfast with several food choices. The room had a full kitchen with all dishes and utensils, made traveling with a toddler great. We will definitely be back! ”

“Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky. Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays...

“Our room was reasonably clean except for a dental pick and crumbs in a living room corner. The bed linens and towels were clean and fresh smelling. The bed mattress was well used and sagging at mid height. The room was pleasant and well equipped. Lots of instant available hot water. Our main floor unit had a walk in shower.
