“I booked the room one week ahead and when we arrived on check in time the reception told us that the room I booked isn’t available and he can give us another room in different building which was nearby. The room was not clean and the cooktop wasn’t working. The front door was not working properly. The sink in the bathroom was not working correctly. We did not like it.”

“Horrible experience, I can't believe Expedia had this hotel listed. They don't stay open all night. We weren't able to get into our room after 10pm. We didn't get refunded either, after a long flight and layover, it was very disappointing to not be able to get into the room we paid for.”

“I found the hotel run down and old. Carpet to tile was held down by duct tape. Drawers and cabinets, especially in bathroom were a bit crusty and could have done with a good coat of paint. Shower wasn't clean looking either. Closet in bedroom had a broken "handle". TVs had NO reception at all and you could not cast to them so they may as well not have been in the rooms.”
