“The location was decent, about a 10-minute drive from downtown Bellevue, which was convenient. However, the hotel itself felt quite dated. We booked a King Studio Suite with Sofa Bed, which was advertised as 375 sq ft, but it felt much smaller in reality. Once the sofa bed was opened, there was literally no room left for the coffee table. We had to stand it upright next to the sofa just to create enough walking space. “Tub floor was cracked/broken. Cabinets in disrepair. 3-inch burn hole in comforter. Leak damage around window. Not very clean.”

“Location is good. My particular room had some quirks and noisy neighbors but I guess it was better than sleeping in the car you have to pay parking for.”

“We booked through Expedia and there was nothing in the main print that said the motel closed at 8pm. We weren't going to be arriving until 30 min. after that so I never would have booked it unless I had found and read the finer print that they close at 8pm. I only paid the reservation fee initially but then was charged for a no show fee of more than the price of the motel, though I am the one that showed up, but the motel didn't! Have requested a refund.”

“Great hotel location and clean facility. It looked like there wasn't enough staff. The internet on the computer near the checkin desk was down anytime I tried accessing. Breakfast was great but the flask in which they stored the coffee and water was not holding the heat well. We did not use the laundry or gym.”

“The property is pretty run down. In the room the shower head was falling off, there was hair in the bathtub, the room and bathroom walls and trim were in desperate need of being redone. The lobby floor was extremely sticky and it stayed that way for 2 days. Elevator was missing a few rails on the walls and the carpet was bubbled up everywhere including our room. We love staying in Best Westerns, but this one is a no go for us to stay in again.”

“Ottimo hotel, nuovissimo, situato a Renton, quindi necessaria auto se volete visitare Seattle. Colazione e parcheggio gratuiti. Stanza grande e confortevole, 2 queen bed. Qualche pecca nelle pulizie: un giorno se ne sono dimenticati, un altro fatta a metà. ”
