“Once you've found the place it's lovely!! pick up a map at the tourist info at the airport . Get off the airport bus at the bridge over the river . .the brown sign at the bottem of the street says Tamar skhirtlafze street- it's on a post hidden by tree branches as does the official blue street sign on the wall on the right. “The hotel feels like a quiet corner tucked into the middle of the city. Room was neat and warm, and I liked that the staff were present without being over the top. One afternoon I needed help navigating to a local gallery, and reception not only explained the way but also shared a shortcut. The terrace made mornings feel a little slower, in a good way—coffee, bread, and some fresh air before heading out. A very easy, comfortable stay.”

“L'hotel è davvero lussuosissimo, perfetto per un viaggio romantico. Bello qualsiasi angolo della struttura, compreso ovviamente la camera. Il servizio è di prim'ordine e la pulizia al top. Stupenda anche la colazione, sia per qualità che per location. L'unica pecca, se vogliamo trovarla, è che uscendo dall'hotel ci si ritrova su una strada a 4 corsie, molto trafficata, quindi per attraversare bisognerà andare verso il sovrapasso, che non è proprio comodissimo. Concludendo, davvero un hotel...

“We live in Batumi, but make frequent visits to Tbilisi. ZP Palace works very well for us. Great location in Chugureti (safe, quiet, convenient), modern facility well-maintained, nice breakfast, and outstanding housekeeping every day. Owned and managed by a local family. Because I require a breathing-machine treatment just before our long return train trip, they kindly allow me a late check-out. Nice folks with good skills.”

“Clean, spacious apartment in the middle of the city. Fully renovated and equipped with everything you need. Views to the city. Stores all around that work till late. The building itself is charming and beautiful on the outside but crumbly old on the inside with an elevator that was added on later on that stop between floors and can fit in only up to 3 people. If you don’t mind that the place is perfect otherwise for families for a short or an extended stay.”

“We had a great time here in a great apartment. Definitely recommend you try this place. We came at 3am and there were two ladies waiting to show us the apartment and help us in. They regularly came to bring new towels, vlean and take away the trash. The apartment is also very large and fully furnished. The restaurants down below serve excellent food as well.
