A couple of things I was surprised about was how old the room was, and I’ve never been in a hotel without a coffee maker before, even a cheap one would’ve been nice. “Rented 5 rooms for family. Everything was perfect except that all 5 room floors were dirty. Walking on the floors turned everyone’s (17 people) feet black. Recommend providing each room with a broom and dustpan to sweep up the sand that gets tracked in. Rooms were clean otherwise. Plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. 4 pillows per bed. All 5 families said they would definitely stay again.”

We stayed for the 4th of July and it was the best decision I’ve ever made I definitely recommend to everyone. The owners came and had a party by the lake and they was great. Had a slight grill problem and it was fixed right away. We will be back best decision my family made Delton oak resorts 10/10”
