Hotel a Gladbrook

“Had to change rooms multiple times due to different unacceptable issues. ”

“Comfortable beds. Quite. Friendly staff. ”

“Staff was friendly. But room was small. Bathroom door did not close. Which can be inberasing. W”

“Bathroom floor was dirty and paint all around the shower was peeling off the wall. Breakfast was acceptable but dining area was small and tables were not clean.”

“Must call phone at desk for staff. Out of yogurt for breakfast , staff said too crowded to fill it. Wall Paint color chips in bathroom. Fitness needs disinfectant wipes and water. Remodel missing some trim in bathroom ”

“The pictures show a hot tub but there isn’t one, it was apparently removed. I chose this hotel because of hot tub, need to do better with advertising.”

“Worst hotel I have EVER stayed in! Looks far worse than the pictures. Staff is non-existent, you have to call them and they drive over. The room itself was FILTHY, especially the bathroom which in no way was cleaned from whomever stayed last. Two tiny crappy pillows per queen bed. Broken fixtures, holes in walls, window broken and wouldn't lock, dirty towels, light bulb missing, tv barely worked, zero decor, dripping bathtub faucet, pubes in tub, blood on bathroom wall, I could go on and on....
