“Quiet and clean room. Comfy beds !”

“The parking was a bit difficult as there were three or four rooms bunched together on a corner. Also the parking lot is in bad shape. From the outside it is all rather decrepit looking and I was almost hesitant to go into the office. But inside the office all was nice and the man on duty was very pleasant and helpful. “The room had an interesting smell. Maybe the ventilation is not very good because it rains a lot in this part of the country, I’m not sure. The staff is definitely not the friendliest, some are better than others. Breakfast is very good. The gym is OK glad they have a peloton now but a lot of times that Wi-Fi wouldn’t work and I couldn’t log onto classes so I just had to do a solo ride. They could expand it and get more equipment to make it a little bit more useful. I ended up going to a Planet...

“This is a wonderful place to stay close in to all of the places to see in Roanoke, VA. The staff was top-notch, the room was clean and fresh, the shower was strong and pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. The staff did everything right to make sure we had what we needed. Thank you so much!”

“Air conditioning excellent, parking lot did not feel secure, several used boats for sale, men smoking at door, men gathered outside at back building, noises during night, did not feel safe.”

“Hotel is okay for a quick sleep. It’s a good price. Breakfast was decent. Rooms were clean, room could be updated some. My closet door wouldn’t shut. The man across the hall from me was smoking weed and the hall stunk even though it’s smoke free. Area around hotel is crappy. The woman checking me in was completely unfriendly. Didn’t get my $50 incidental charge did not get refunded and I had to call.”

“I used the handicapped room and was able to park right outside my door, no stairs , no elevator, no long walk. The price was right for this senior citizen, too!”

“Refrigerator had water and mold in it. Bathroom sink would not drain. Just a bad smell and unclean room. Never again”

“This hotel is under major construction and remodeling. Expedia doesn't seem to know. We had plenty of choices of hotels to stay at in this area. We would not have stayed here had we known about the construction.”
