“Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area. Again the staff was excellent it was my mistake not verifying their check in process. ”

“Because it was above a restaurant / bar, there was a lot of noise up at least 11 pm and probably beyond (we were exhausted on arrival from NA, so were able to sleep). The next 2 nights the restaurant was closed, but there were doing construction until past midnight with hammering and lots of noise. Not nice. Also, it was impossible to check in early. The hotel portion is above the restaurant / bar that is not open until 3 pm. We didn't realize this, so had to travel around with our suitcases...

"Conoscevamo la struttura perché siamo stati diverse volte nello stesso Hotel dal 2014 fino al 2020, ma in questo ultimo soggiorno ho notato un peggioramento: la struttura non è aggiornata e gli anni si sentono; contrariamente a quanto accadeva prima la pulizia non è impeccabile infatti sebbene avessimo chiesto di rifare giornalmente la stanza le pulizie sono state eseguite solo una volta in 3 giorni; la posizione è sicuramente comoda per la vicinanza con i mezzi di trasporto e con il centro. Il nome ed il brand di cui si fregia la struttura non è sicuramente corrispondente all'attuale stato della struttura che dallo stato di eccellenza a cui eravamo abituati si è ridotta ad una struttura discreta. Mi auguro che nel prossimo futuro verranno eseguiti gli aggiornamenti necessari. "
