“Comfortable room. Only problem was the 6 am breakfast didn’t start on time any morning we were there and we had to leave each day before it was ready. Breakfast included was a big part in our decision on traveling with kids and ended I’m spending extra goi g elsewhere for food”

They told me it was near the elevator, yet it was way down the hall…a long walk for me! The toilet was so low I could hardly get on or off and no handrails to help. “It was easy going from the start of the check in, pleasant hotel staff, clean rooms and good amnesties. The gym had what I need to have a good workout equipped with free weights, workout machine and stationary bike. My kids enjoyed the pool and it is big enough it held over a dozen kids. I keep my breakfast simple and the breakfast in the morning was more than generous for me. “Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us”

“There were hardly options for breakfast and our room had so much hair in it. The tub was obviously dirty and the sheets/blankets for the sofa bed were the same ones the previous owner had because again...so much hair. The beds were comfortable and it was surface cleaned. We just needed one night so the room served it's purpose.”

“On of the 2 reasons we chose to stay at this hotel was because it has a hot tub. We were pretty disappointed to learn that evening that it was out of order and we were not informed at check-in. ”

“The room seemed clean enough and the towels and sheets were clean, but the room had an odor like it had been closed up a long time. Since I was there three nights I bought some air freshener. The door did not have a strike plate just a hole in the metal frame where it used to be. The door latched but didn’t seem very solid. The wall in the bathroom had been repaired but not painted yet so the room didn’t seem ready to be occupied. Plus the outside door at the end of the hall didn’t close...

“Helpful staff. Nicely updated, and clean room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. Room was right across the street from an entertainment district that was quite noisy on a Friday night into the next morning til about 1:30. I knew that going in,...

“The staff was friendly, and helped with the items we needed in our room. The thing that you put your luggage on was missing a leg, and they sent another one up to our room with some additional towels and a sheet for the pull out couch.”
