“Lights were out in the elevator. Staff put flashlights hanging on the arm rails in the elevator. Sooo dark and unsafe. Isn’t this against code? Tv remote did not work properly. Plain Jane room. Defiantly NOT worth the $250 plus tax I paid for the room. Will not be using this hotel chain again!”

“Had to switch rooms due to mold in the bathroom. Breakfast was very good and a nice touch to start the day. Front desk staff was very professional and moved quickly to greet and help us.”

“Property is under construction. Noise and mess everywhere. Not sure why they are even taking reservations and at a minimum they should be letting people know the situation prior to arrival.”

“They need to replace their door locks. The TEAM went way above and beyond to assist me in accessing my room. Very inconvenient. The locks need to be replaced. They don't work. Again everyone was amazing...service with a smile. Spend some $ and update the door locks.”

“I like an elevator, I'm a senior. 1 bar of soap for sink and tub. No fruit, no juice, the only thing for breakfast was a waffle maker with the batter running all over the container and the cabinet, and 2 kinds of bagels. Not appetizing, even my grandson said no to it.”

“Very conviniently located, I had a beautiful stay after 2 nights in an horrible airbnb in Cary, NC. I loved the details on the high quality products available in the bathroom and the super smiling staff. For sure I will be back”

“The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include...
