“The staff were pleasant and welcoming. The hotel room we were given was clean and comfortable. Our reason for 4 stars is because the room needed some cosmetic work and had a couple of minor issues I believed should have not been present. That said, we tell that improvements had been made in the room and the atmosphere was nice. All in all, our stay was good. ”

“We absolutely loved this quaint inn. It’s in the cutest part of Hillsborough. There are little shops and restaurants that are within walking distance as well as Weaver Street Market. The room was clean and fresh and very comfortable. ”

“The hotel was clean and well appointed. The breakfast could have been better. It ended at 9:30 and when we arrived at 9:00 the eggs were cold and the sausage was empty. Other than that, it was a great place to stay,”

“Fairfield Inn was great but when checking in they told me Expedia had overcharged me by $75. Got in touch with Expedia and they gave me a bunch of BS as to why they overcharged and would not refund me.”

“The room wasn't clean and had a horrible odor. Its run down, dusty old dressers and broken bathroom door. Will not be staying ever again!”

“Our stay was truly exceptional. The house was pristine, incredibly comfortable, and had a welcoming energy that made it feel like our own home for the two days we were there. A great selection of snacks, food, and drinks were available at all times. We especially loved the ambiance because the entire place smelled amazing and the soft music playing throughout the house was such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again and hope it’s available the next time we’re in the area!”

“Breakfast minimal, broken hairdryer stained towels and linens , grounds not well kept, staff entered our room without knocking, a non English speaking man came in while we were in the room and rushed in took all our towels and garbage without even explaining what he was doing,poor tv channel choices,a iron without an ironing board,no kleenex”
