“When we reserved, we asked for a handicap rm w a walk in shower. We ended up on the 3rd floor in a non handicap room w a very bad tiny tun w no bars to help get in and out of the tub. I contacted them early next morning and they did get us a handicap rm switched; however, we ended up w 1 bed. There was still a tub but at least it had the protection bars. “No spa no pool. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Noone at the desk had to call for them via phone. Chechout didnt get reciept. Noone came down when i cheched out. ”
