“A great spot near Zion, quiet with good communication, would book again. A couple of minor things could be improved. Some hangers or hooks to hang up some clothes and a little shelf on the side of the bed without a nightstand for a bottle of water or a phone. Last thing to note is that food choices nearby are limited. ”

“This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know...

“I think this is about as close as you can get to Zion on the East side of the park, I I definitely prefer to the closest areas south of the canyon, which are busy, expensive and very touristy. Room was great, had everything we needed, My only critique is that hanging barn doors look nice, but don't make good bathroom doors because you want to contain sounds and smells within the bathroom, and they don't do that well(big chain hotels have started doing this too and I am not a fan). “Unit B is a perfect place for a couple who enjoy outdoor activities in Kanab area. We stayed there for 4 nights and felt that it is not enough. The room is very clean, the wisher/dryer in the unit is very convenient so that you do not have to pack too much clothing”

“The tiny home at East Zion Resort was excellent for a family of 4. The home was as expected based on pictures and had everything you needed in the kitchen and was great to have a washer and dryer. When we were there, no restaurants nearby were open for dinner so we ate in each evening but we preferred that so we could relax after a day full of hikes and adventures. Only recommendation is for one more comfortable chair so a family of four could sit down to watch a movie/TV. Highly recommend this...
