“Breakfast was not refilled had to ask for items that were empty. Tables were not cleaned after use.”

They Have a beautiful bathroom mirror with different light settings and everything but they're there wasn't one towel rack or hook in the bathroom to put a robe or shirt. “The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was clean. They provided a variety of breakfast options. Unfortunately, the exercise room was unavailable; however, they offered the use at Residence Inn, right next door. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor.”

“The staff was great. Our only issue is we reserved our room for two nights, but due to personal reasons, we had to change to one night. This was explained at check in. Because we had prepaid for our stay, ( through Expedia) we had to get “permission” from the hotel manager to have our one night refunded. Hopefully, this transaction will be completed, but we won’t know if the payment will be refunded to our original account for 5 days. I must admit,however, that the “hot” breakfast was...

“Power outage for almost 24 hours. Could have offered a flashlight or something. Why doesn’t a big hotel have a generator? Continental breakfast selection was awful one day. You have out signs for food and when I asked when are you bringing it out your reply was there isn’t any. Then why is the sign up? I asked at 8:28 and breakfast ends at 9:30. Oh and stain on the top comforter.”
