“This property is above their cafe and my room 5 was directly above the ventilation fans - so you hear them loudly throughout your stay (no mention when booking of “bring earplugs”)
Despite being mid December, the radiator in my room was not producing heat - perhaps the staff wear outdoor coats when ‘preparing’ the room.

“The room was clean and had all what we needed to enjoy our stay in the hotel. The pub at the ground floor was wonderful. We had dinner there and truly enjoyed the location and the food. The staff is truly kind and cares that guests enjoy their stay. I also suggest to visit the pubs nearby to appreciate the Irish music and the magical atmosphere.”

“Purtroppo non sono rimasto soddisfatto, la prima notte non ho dormito a causa di rumori provenienti dalla camera a fianco, la seconda notte non ho dormito a causa del freddo, il riscaldamento non funzionava. Accoglienza a 5 stelle, sistemazione camera molto scarsa, succede sempre quando prenoto con Hotels.com, camera superior o deluxe poi invece mi sistemano in una standard, almeno qui in Irlanda capita questo. ”
