We have stayed here before, and returned because we were satisfied. The only complaint was there was a musty or different smell to the room. Otherwise, our stay was fine.

The breakfast wasn’t that bad but the sofa bed was bad and old my kids couldn’t sleep on it the mattress was very uncomfortable

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EVER!!!!

We pulled up and refused to get out of our truck!!! First of all, it’s a motel, not a hotel. Looks like some dirty, filthy truck stop. Sketchy individuals hanging outside, some looking like straight up prostitutes. I called Hotels.com to see if they could transfer us to another property and they said they couldn’t honor my request or offer a refund. As a Gold member, you would think they would try to accommodate in whatever way possible, especially with me telling them I don’t feel safe with my children at this location. Very disappointed with Hotels.com. In their policy, as a Gold team member, one of their perks is a “Hassle Free Guarantee!” They are supposed to be able to change your reservation upon request, “hassle free!!!! There’s no advantage to spending all this money with Hotels.com. May as well book directly with the property. Misrepresentation on behalf of the motel. Shame on Hotels.com for not doing a better job in accommodating their Gold members. I’m beyond pissed!!!!

Short, relaxing stay near Albany

We stayed overnight to attend a graduation party. The hotel was conveniently located; the room was comfortable; and the breakfast was pretty good. The wifi didn't work in the room,but we were able to use the computer in the lobby. Staff were friendly and helpful. The coffee in the room and the bathroom amenities were not great but were adequate. We would stay there again if we were visiting the Albany area.
