“Clean room”

“The property was o.k. The HVAC in the room was incredibly noisy. We could not sleep so we turned it off. The room then became very hot and stuffy. The bed was fine. The blankets and sheets were serviceable but should have already been replaced. There was no extra pillow or blanket. Accommodation was minimal. I would have expected more for the price of the room.”

“This is a cool place to stay. I love the fact that it had a continental hot breakfast. Easy access to the highway and close to a lot of things.”

“Was all we needed for a tournament weekend. Staff was cordial and helped with everything we needed. Only downside was no hottub but couldnt argue for the price downtown. Parking was $15 a night unless its full. Breakfast was par. Could see our family staying again. ”

“Got checked in and when going too the room the key didn’t work got a different room and when walking in it smelled like old cigarettes. The room was dirty and weird stains on the bed. When walking into the bathroom, there was mold on the ceiling Where the fan was. There was holes in the wall spit balls on the wall and TV was broken. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for hotel. ”

“This location does not have free breakfast but it does have a wonderful-smelling restaurant and bar. As a family, we chose to visit other venues for our short stay. The staff was both informative and accommodating from check-in to check-out. Our room was clean, the pool area was clean and well-maintained, as were the grounds where we parked/entered. Located just off the interstate, close to the zoo, food and all other stops on our itinerary, it helped to keep our stay relaxing and...

“Clean and Comfy”

“I didn't like the fact that I was charged for a room that was disgusting and nasty and most definitely NOT CLEAN whatsoever. I'd advise people to book a hotel at another hotel if you don't want bed bugs,dirty ass sheets,bedding and pillows and the floors are terribly stained. The bathroom tub in one room that had Black Mold. Bedding,couch has stains and haven't been bleached like all other hotel do so they don't get bed bugs,cochroaches. I'd sleep in my car before I would ever stay in that hotel...

“The staff was helpful. There was something (maybe food remains) on the chair. Other than that, it was good and clean.”

“The gals at the front desk were amazing! So friendly and accommodating for our group of 8 women in town for a play. We were able to check in early and they let us use a boardroom to gather and play cards in the afternoon. The rooms were spotless and the breakfast was fresh and hot. It’s going to be our new favorite place to stay in Omaha! ”
